The Spa

The purpose built massage and treatment rooms are located alongside the spa, sauna and plunge pool, offering both daily massage and contrast spa therapy known to promote healing through the use of alternating temperatures through the use of the spa amenities to stimulate muscle tissue and the perfect way to recover after challenging yourself physically, and a sauna or hot spa to recover post hike.
