The quest for greater energy is something that 90% of people put at the top of their list in a survey of 600 people I conducted recently. This comes as no surprise in a day and age where natural evolution has detached people from the basic and fundamental providers of great energy. The holy trinity of good energy, that of sleep, food and positivity are abandoned by most people most of the time.
Getting all three of the ‘Energy Trinity’ moving together at the same time simply amplifies the effect and brings a turbo charged improvement of oneself.
Let's look at each part on their own merit:
Good sleep is the foundation of good energy; this is why we spend a 1/3 of our life asleep. Get sleep right and the rest will follow, here are three tips that I suggest to improve the quality of your sleep.
It goes without saying that the more natural and real food is, the more energy you will receive from it. Below are four tips that I believe will help you get the most energy out of the food you eat.
Last but by no means least, positive thinking and positive people can make a huge difference to your day.
Try and avoid emotional attachment to the news, as the content is often full of negative and depressing content. A perfect illustration of good news bringing ‘good’ energy is the coverage of the recent Olympics where every news bulletin started with a positive, happy and good story. This helped contribute to the amazing goodwill and collective improved mood the nation. Pull on all three energy strings and you will discover that life isn't so bad after all. Good energy drives good self-perception and this drives confidence and progress.
